Neither. Clients, staff, services and domains are unlimited on every license, and payments go directly from your clients to your own gateway accounts. You pay only your gateway's standard fees, and nothing to Ottsa.

Order the free trial on my.ottsa.com; no card is required. You receive a license key valid for 14 days, which you use to install Ottsa on your own hosting. To continue after the trial, buy a leased or owned license and enter its key under System → License. All of your data stays in place.

PHP 8.4.1 or later, MySQL 8 or MariaDB 10.6+, and a single cron job (or a web-based cron service). Standard shared hosting is enough: Ottsa installs and updates from your browser, without SSH, Composer or Docker.

One live install of Ottsa on a single domain. Development copies are free and need no extra license when they run on localhost, on a .test or .local domain, or on a private IP address.

Yes. Reissue the license from your account on my.ottsa.com, then activate it on the new install. You can do this yourself up to 3 times in 30 days; if you need more, open a support ticket.

Your client area, payments, invoicing and provisioning always keep running. If a leased license is not renewed, the admin settings pages become read-only 14 days later, and updates are paused until you renew. An owned license never lapses: if you don't renew the $29.99 plan, you keep your current version but no longer receive new releases or support.

Yes, within 14 days of a license's first payment. Renewals are not refundable, and the free trial lets you evaluate Ottsa fully before you pay.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Where VAT applies, it is added at checkout based on your country and VAT number.
