  • Recurring invoices on any cycle from monthly to triennial, or one-time, with setup fees.
  • Prorated upgrades and downgrades, account credit, and credit and debit notes. Invoices are locked once they are numbered.
  • Quotes that clients accept online, proforma invoices, late fees, card retries and payment reminders.
  • EU VAT with VIES checks and the reverse charge, country-specific tax rules and multiple currencies. See Taxes and EU VAT.
  • Stripe, PayPal, Mollie and bank transfer.

Provisioning

  • cPanel & WHM, Plesk, DirectAdmin, Proxmox VE and Virtualizor.
  • Server groups that place new accounts on the server with the fewest accounts, or on each server in turn. See Servers and server groups.
  • Automatic suspension and reactivation based on invoice status, and one-click control panel sign-in for clients.
  • Manual setup for services without a module, with your team notified.

Domains

  • Enom, ResellerClub, Namecheap and CentralNic Reseller, with a registrar assigned to each TLD.
  • TLD pricing imported from your costs with your margin applied, plus premium names and ID protection.
  • Renewal invoices and notices on your schedule, with regular registrar syncs.
  • Self-service nameservers, transfer locks and transfer codes in the client area.

Support

  • Departments, email import over IMAP, predefined replies, internal notes, assignment and collision detection.
  • Escalation rules, automatic closing of inactive tickets, and satisfaction ratings when a ticket is closed.
  • Tickets from visitors without an account, protected by a captcha.
  • A knowledge base, announcements and downloads.

Store and client area

  • A store with bundles, add-ons, configurable options, promotions and abandoned cart reminders.
  • Client accounts with multiple users, each with their own permissions, plus two-factor sign-in and a notifications feed.
  • Projects with tasks, time tracking and files, and an affiliate program that pays commission on every renewal.
  • English, Arabic and Hebrew, including right-to-left layouts, across pages and emails.

Admin and platform

  • Roles and permissions, an audit log, a command palette, and notification rules that deliver to email, the admin bell, Slack, Discord or a webhook.

  • A REST API with scoped tokens and idempotency keys, and signed webhooks with retries.
  • Plugins and themes installed from a zip file, with a plugin SDK for developers.
  • Browser-based installation on shared hosting, with signed one-click updates, database backups, and GDPR data exports and erasure.
  • An importer for WHMCS 8 and 9, with a dry run first.
